Senior Advisor, Organisation Development (OD)

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-centric individual who has specialised experience in Organisation Development/Learning and Development, a demonstrated track record in contributing to organisational change initiatives, strong organisation and time management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The recently established Intelligence Community Shared Services (ICSS) seeks to deliver a high-performing corporate services platform for both the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) and the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) and the wider New Zealand Intelligence Community. We are a ‘managed service’ delivered from GCSB and we ensure that we have excellent back office services to enable our front office to be the very best it can be.
As Senior Advisor, Organisation Development, you will lead the development and implementation of OD programmes and strategies including workforce planning, talent management and succession planning. You will also support initiatives to build organisation culture and employee engagement, assist in the delivery of biannual climate surveys, and design and track metrics to determine the effectiveness of OD initiatives.

Organisation Psychologist

Are you a registered psychologist with proven experience in Organisation Development/Learning and Development (OD/L & D), strong customer service focus, and excellent leadership and influencing skills? Then this could be the role for you!
